Organoleptic Characteristics
- Colour: Deep, glistening red ruby color.
- Nose and flavour: Aroma: intense aroma, black fruits like black cherry and blackberry, spices with smooth touches of pink pepper, cloves and cinnamon. Taste: Medium round tannins, fruity (red and black fruits), good persistence. Its good acidity exalts the sensual flavours of this Syrah.
